Hi ,
I recently added 3 new pucks to my account.
Two work fine , the 3rd had issues from the start . Initially the remote didn't work at all SKY resolved by sending me a new remote.
When I first powered up the puck , it was identified as being allocated to somebody else , I resolved this .
The issue now is when the puck goes into power saving mode , it won't switch on again from the remote . I have to power on again from the puck , which is a pain.
I've tried re-pairing the remote, i've tried pairing a different remote, I've factory reset the puck , I've tried turning off the power saving function.
None have worked.......help !!!

If that's the case you can claim for a new remote under warranty from the link below

Yeah , done all that & tried pairing with another remote, still doesn't work . That's why I think it's the puck & not the remote
