Remote problem

Had new remote for stream, but volume will not work!!! Anyone any ideas

Hi @RMB4079 

 

You will need to give some more information such as the make and model of the TV you are trying to control.

 

The general advice would be to press 1 & 3 together for a few seconds and follow the instructions to re set up your remote. Try selecting the manufacturer and then step through the codes until you find one that works.
