Paramount plus

I have tried all the fixes suggested and I still am getting the message I need to subscribe to paramount plus even though it's included with my subscription. Has anyone else found a fix that actually works ? Should I use a new email to set up an account even though it was working with my sky email

What fixes have you tried? Setting up a new account won't help if your sky account is linked to your current email address.

 

Have you tried the steps here? What is your activation status etc? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-signing-up-paramount-plus

 

If you provide this information we may be able to provide further assistance or we can escalate your post to Skys but we need some more information.

I got it fixed by getting Sky to remove paramount plus from my account...I then went to sky market place and got paramount plus again...I logged in with my original paramount plus details and it all worked fine again
