Remote not working
Trying to set up Sky Stream for the first time. Message says "Let's Get Connected" but remote is not working to enable me to do that. Have pressed 3 & 1 together for 3 seconds / have tried 7 & 9 followed by 3 & 1. Have tried rebooting. Have checked the batteries.

Re: Remote not working
I'm assuming the paper transport strip which stops the batteries powering the remote is fully removed. If so, when you pick up and move the remote, do the button backlight LEDs light up? If not I suggest the "wring" method, it worked for me. These remotes are made to a budget and the build quality and materials leave a lot to be desired.
Grab your remote with both hands and perform a wringing motion. Not too hard, but enough so you see it bend out of shape. Providing the batteries are correctly inserted and the transport paper strip is fully removed, this could result in it working.
If not you will need to request a replacement from Sky.

If none of these options mentioned by @Kempston work you can request a replacement remote via this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
