Remote dead cannot link TV

Initial set up . Hub working , puck appears to work but remote dead . So cannot get tv to link with puck so no SKY tv

Have you fully removed the paper from the battery compartment? Tried changing the batteries?

Hi @Yram23  I suspect the tab has broken off inside the remote when you removed it as already suggested by @BenJoBanjo

Removing the back of the remote can be a problem the first couple of times as it it very stiff.  A number of people have found that wearing rubber kitchen gloves helps to give more purchase on the plastic components.

Hi thanks for the info but already tried all those. Just gave up and ordered a replacement. Not a good start.
