Rejoining Sky Stream

Hi, I recently joined Sky Stream as a new customer, but despite having a stable wi-fi connection of  above 45mbps, it would not work (Frozen screen - No audio or video stream). I connected a brand new Cat 6 ethernet cable and got exactly the same result. After 2 days of trying without success I cancelled my account and a few days later when the packaging arrived from Sky, I returned the puck.

What I would like to know is how long would I have to wait before I could rejoin Sky as a new customer? I am thinking of giving it another try, but would like to benefit from new customer rates.

Thanks, DT.

@LOFC  You would need to wait at least 18 months to be considered a new customer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
