Rejecting sky stream delivery

Hi i just rejected a sky stream puck delivery with the postman for a new sky stream subscription as ive changed my mind and am staying with Now tv. Do I still need to phone Sky to inform them I dont want  sky stream anymore? Thanks

Yes, I'd certainly suggest contacting Sky and informing them you have changed your mind and rejected the delivery. The reason is that the service will auto activate after 21 days of delivery, and there is no guarantee that rejecting the delivery will get the Sky systems automatically updated within the 21 days to stop you being charged.
