Lost remote control

Have only just had sky put in and I have lost my remote control how do I get another

@Tracy1066   You would need to ring Sky and order another.  That being said did you take it out of the house?  Because if not logic would dictate it must be there somewhere.🤭

Yes we think our granddaughter took it outside somewhere we have looked most of the day with no joy
