I need help. I am half way through connecting to my new sky package  it's asking me to set up sky stream which I thought had already done. Now I'm stuck

You can ask a question here and other customers may be able to help.

 

Otherwise, call the number on Sky's website: https://www.sky.com/help  (Click 'Need more help'?) - or simply 150 from a Sky SIM.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Geriie   It is probably best to contact Sky. We are just other customers here.

As you mention Stream but you've added to a thread for Sky Q I'll move your issue to the Stream board. 

Also your post and its reply from @PandJ2020 have been moved from the Mobile board which is for mobile phone issues. Posting on irrelevant boards is very confusing.
