If its Sky Stream that would explain it as those channels aren't currently available on Sky Stream.
Not all channels which broadcast via satellite offer a streaming broadcast available on Sky's platform so the channel lists aren't the same. The list of channels available can be found here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/buying-sky-stream/sky-glass-tv-channels/articles/...
