Essential TV is extremely limited (hence the price) : it's free-to-air channels plus what's left of Sky Atlantic now the HBO back catalogue has migrated into the Max app. It does have Netflix Standard with Adverts and Discovery+ Basic though.
Realistically, it's Ultimate TV that's the actual 'Sky Television' experience, plus the entry level versions of Disney+ and HBO Max.
Note that neither option replicates the rather wider broadcast channel lineup of the legacy satellite platforms though.
