Puck won't stay on
The light is on my puck but isn't showing any pictures

Turn it off at the wall and back on again. Check that the HDMI cable is securely fitted to both the puck and your TV. Use your TV's remote control (not the puck's) to select the appropriate HDMI input.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

This is often a case of the puck getting stuck in a standby type state.
