Purchsed movie (buy and keep) not available on SkyBox
We purchased a movie via a SkyStore, moved it to Sky Stream and watched it on the TV. After that when we try to watch it again Sky asks to sign up for an account, which should not happen. In a nutshell, the link between the Skystore and the Sky box is not working. (I can still access the movie on PC or laptop, but not on the Skybox).
P.S. Why do Sky need to make things so complicated and convoluted!

Hi @GlenY50
The Sky store app is managed separately from your main sky account. Are you signed in with the same username and password that you are on PC?
You can get to the app by going Apps & inputs > all apps > sky store.
Or are you saying you are already signed in and when you try and play back it's telling you to sign up there?

Yes, I am signed in with the correct account on my Sky Box. As I mentioned, we already watched that movie on the box. When we tried to watch it a second time, we did find it stored in our Sky Store library. However, when we press 'play', it says we need a subscription. This message should not appear, since we purchased (not rented!) that movie. I can watch it on my laptop, but not via Sky Box.
