Puck stuttering

Hey guys,

 

Is there any uodate in this, as I have the exact same issue.. Sky Glass is fine, Sky mini box is stuttering. Tried rebooting both my router, Sky Glass and Mini.. problem persists.

@Iceyblast  Your post has been moved from a thread you tagged onto in the Sky Q board, Sky Q and Sky Stream are different products and your issue has nothing to do with Sky Q or a mini box as you a Stream Puck.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
