That would suggest your microwave is interfering with your WiFi. You don't say who your ISP isp is but your options are to either move your puck, boost the signal with repeaters or homeplugs or connect using ethernet cable.
Is the WiFi weak / marginal ?

Those options listed above by @mikealanr are the main recommended ones - i suppose you could also try replacing the microwave and see if that helps as another option but personally i'd recommend connecitng via ethernet cables and not Wifi in order to stop this interference.

If the microwave is leaking enough RF to knock out local WiFi, I'd strongly suggest not using it any more.
Could also be interference from a failing electrical motor though, I guess.

@rwp1 you really need to stop using your microwave and replace it as it should not be leaking enough RF to interfere with your WiFi. It has the potential to be hazardous to your health.
