A week last Sunday my screen froze. No matter what i did with the remote i couldnt change the channel from sport to movies etc.. Phoned Sky they told me what to do with the Puck but no joy. Told them I would get new batteries and try on Monday but once again no joy. Sent out a new remote but still no joy. Told me they would send out a new Puck but the delivery driver couldnt find my address. Was told it would be delivered on the 6th July, nothing. Phoned Sky to send out another one and they said they couldnt do this as they cant do this as they are not allowed. Spent 38 minutes arguing my case and in the end they said yes. Should of had it on Tuesdy but nothing. Phoned Sky again to be told I,m not getting another one. Phoned DPD they cant find it. Got a manager ringing this afternoon so will see what he says. The time is 3.40pm and the manager has said they are going to send out a new Puck, watch this space.
