Hi @KingMark1

Wait a 30 seconds or so and press the home button again (may need to try a few times). If that doesn't work restart your puck and router.

But this has been reported as a bug on the community by a number of users recently.

Re: Puck

I've tried resetting the router multiple times but my phone wifi is working fine and all green lights are showing so no idea why I can't watch tv

Hi @KingMark1

In which case you will need to reset the network and reconnect to your WiFi:

@KingMark1

It might have been an idea to tell us what you have tried already. Your only other option is to see if it will work over ethernet or contact sky for further troubleshooting and possible replacement of your puck.

Re: Puck

I understand that but if you have an issue I would assume you follow all the instructions to troubleshoot on screen and not stop half way through, I only had the puck since Tuesday this week, are the puck problems a regular issue
