Puck wont turn green

The puck wont turn to green only amber and red then goes off

@Arty368  A Stream puck doesn't have a green light it would be white

As above, the puck in its working state will show a white light and when powering on or restarting may show a flashing white light.

It may get stuck in a standby mode and still show a white light.

Only when doing certain recovery or setup states will the light flash through other colours.

If your Sky Stream Puck is not powering on correctly or is stuck in a standby state, have a read of this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
