Puck wont connect to the internet

I have had my Sky TV and puck for 3 years now and suddenly last week the puck went off and would not connect to the internet. After following ALL the advice nothing has worked (can't use ethernet cable my puck is in a different room).

Thinking it was a faulty puck Sky sent out a replacement, set it up and the puck connected to the intenet for a few hours then went off again it has not been back on.

Outreach engineers have looked at my broadband there is no fault on the line and Sky's guaranteed speed is there (seems to be all they are interested in). My laptop drops daily and I have missed calls becuase of it. I have a Roku stick which is conecting but cant get bbc iplayer or Sky to open but seems to stream everything else but says it is a "fair" signal.
Latest update now is that Sky are sending a new router. if this does not work I will be cancelling my Sky TV not becuase I want to but becuase it wont work. Noone from SKY seems to  have the answer and you have to deal with it yourself.
I can only be grateful that I did not renew my Sky streaming TV contract so I can leave. My Sky broadband will also be going in April when my contrat is up after this nightmare.
It is sad as I was very happy with my Sky service before.
