For past month our TV and WiFi is really poor. Today is the worst, we really need technical help.

Re: Sky stream is buffering
@Davidh115 go into the settings menu on your Stream puck and check the WiFi connection quality. If tgst is not good you will get buffering which can be madexworse by WiFi interferencecfrom neighbours' networks. The hot weather means we have doirs and windows ooen which increases the risk of inteference as the signals travel further.
Simply rdbooting your Sky hub may help but to avoid issues repeating I would imprivectge WiFi coverage in your home by either paying for Sky's WiFi Max (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) which can get you up to 3 extenders or buying your own WiFi mesh system which can work out cheaper in the long run.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Sky stream is buffering
This was not helpful as our entire area had the same performance issues with Sky. For a few weeks the service was terrible and we could not even use our phones, tablets etc as broadband was so poor. Response and support from Sky has been shocking, you cannot even call them for help. We need compensation and a plan to resolve these stream issues. Else we need to find a good service provider that we can depend on. Throwing more money at a poor service is not the solution. How do we call Sky and talk to local technical support?
