Puck white light flashing

White light flashing underneath the puck for around 10 minutes so far and nothing turning on. I did briefly get Sky logo on the blackscreen. It then stops so I try to turn on using the remote. Then the flashing starts again and I try to turn on, and it just carries on flashing. 

Any idea to fix please

I just unplugged the puck and put the it back on by pressing the button on the bottom of the puck till the logo came on and its now at the blue screen and Please Wait. Thanks @lettice. Pro. Just looked at the settings and its updated the UI version to 3.161.1 so it looks like it froze on an update? It was on an earlier one at lunch time

I have the exact same issue. The restart failed. 
the recovery process fixed it.
