Sky Puck leaking water

This morning, Sky would not come on. Said there was a software error and to scan the QR code. Didn't have time to deal with it before work, so switched TV and Puck off at the socket.

Came home, hopefully that it might have reset. There was a red light on the Puck. Googled about pressing the reset button but when I picked the Puck up it was sitting in a pool of water. Nothing has dripped onto it, it was just underneath. Picked it up and water ran out of the unit. Why? Where has it come from? How do I actually speak to customer services to.get it replaced? Live chat was hopeless, real person needed. Thanks

You will need to call Sky directly, you must have leaked something on the puck because they have absolutely no components that contain water @steggzip for it to leak.

Re: Sky Puck leaking water

Sounds like an accident or sabotage, a puck doesn't contain anything that leaks like that.
