I am at the end of my tether with this Sky puck.
Things on my playlist won't play at all. They show the title then disappear
When I am watching other programmes the whole thing turns off at times.
We are in our late 70's and are not very tech savvy but we just want to watch
some nice programmes without fighting with this ridiculous box.
I wish I had never left Virgin, except they continuously raised the prices
despite us having a minimal package.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rocket2364 your puck should not be turning off on its own so you need to chst to Sky. You shouldbe invited to chst online through the forum in the morning - a chst icon will pop up but if you prefer give Sky a call.
