All channel frozen reset and constant high pitch even when tv is off

Having major issues with the puck, constant picture freeze, itv x not working or resetting to beginning, loosing sound or sound not in sync, ITVX no loading or blank screens.  Happening everyday, have to turn on and off from power to get it to work, often have to reset to factory default and then sort out again beyond using now there is a constant high pitch sound and I don't even have the TV on and it's coming from the puck

I have responded used the chat but they would not look into this unless I used the link they sent in the chat, issue is I use a MOD connection and the link is not allowed and when I am home the office is closed so as usual unable to discuss and resolve
