What is your broadband speed and  also what speed is your  Netflix app  getting,  you  can find out your  Netflix  speed  by opening  the app  going  to  get help, clicking  on that and  going to  check your network and running  that, also how is your  puck connected  to the Internet, an ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi, and you need  a minimum  of 25mps to watch  hd channels  through  the puck and tv and to watch  in uhd then  you  need  a minimum  of  35mps

I  have sky gigafast broadband 900mps no problems, and the more devices that you have connected the  weaker  the signal is to  each

You may need to  call sky and ask  for  a  booster  to help with the wifi signal
