Re: Puck start up
That's interesting I may try a factory reset but I'm just wondering if that may be a short term fix and it will come back when the puck decides to update to the latest firmware. I can live with pushing the home button at the moment and see how things pan out over the next few weeks. Please let me know if your pucks work correctly in a month or so.

Re: Puck start up
@Edshaz I've had the same issue for many weeks on my Sky Glass TV (not my Puck, oddly enough). Pressing the Home button has always resolved it. Sky's advice has always been not to try a factory reset without their guidance. Doing so can lead to problems which only they can resolve.

Re: Puck start up
All I do now is once the blue screen please wait message appears is push the home button and the puck springs to life without any delay. So basically it's a glitch that's causing the blue screen and maybe in time the software upgrades will resolve it, for now I'm all good.
