Ad skipping removal

I would like to remove Sky ad skipping

Hi @Judyt1  We are customers on this help forum so can't do this for you however you can do this yourself by signing into your My Sky account at www.sky.com and going to Your Products.  You should see an option to cancel.

I took a 2 or 3 month offer on ad skipping.

If I don't remove it they will start charging per month, it also starts that you have to give 30 day notice.
I have tried to cancel it via the App, phone, on SKY stream Puk, and now the web version.

There is no remove button for Ad Skipping on any of these versions. Can someone please cancel it for me. I'm fed up of it now!

@MYU as customers, same as you, nobody here can do that. Best to give Sky a call if you can't cancel it online.
