One of my pucks wouldn't turn on today. Had to do a hard reset cos the light was flashing white, but now I've finally got it back on it's an old UI Version and it looks awful. No "settings" on the top left ... button either. Only had it since July so first time anything like this has happened.

How can I get it to update please?

Well that's weird. I swapped them over cos the other one isn't used much and now they both show UI version 3.100
