I have received an email asking me to return my puck. No idea why.

@Rochdaleguy  Your post has been moved from the Sky+ Board as you don't have Sky + you have Sky Stream, the 2 are completely different platforms.

 

Have you cancelled your subscription or Whole Home Subscription?

 

Did you order Sky Stream after February 2023?

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
