New Sky stream and broadband customer

Signed up for sky stream and broadband as moved into new property. The puck arrived the next day however the broadband can't be connected for 2 weeks do we can't use the tv. Why send the puck so quickly if it can't be connected until internet is done?

@Lynsey136  Pucks are sent next day delivery and it could be argued you may already have broadband with another provider.

However Stream Pucks won't automatically be activated until 21 days after delivery which should be ample time to get your broadband installed.

If you've not activated the puck the simply wait until the broadband service is live.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
