Puck problem

My puck keeps needing to be switched on and off to stop buffering. Happening more and more .do I need a new one

@vazzer  What speed is your broadband?   How is your puck connected to your router?

 

Open the Netflix app on the puck, go to Get Help and run  the connection test.  What speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Mines the same, driving me mad, paying for sports but won't open just goes to a blue screen then back to choose the game. Speed showing 63.66mbps.

Is your issue with Sky Sports+ additional streams?
