Puck not working

New sky TV and Broadband package. Puck works for 5 mins the it stops working. No output signal and it freezes. It also sometimes makes a loud buzzing noise.

 

its faulty but need help contacting sky and requesting they send out a new puck. Tried calling but its an automated line which is of no use to me

@SandraCramp  When you phone you will initially be asked a few automated security questions and you will the end up with a chatbot.  If you ignore the chatbot and say nothing it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services Team.
