Puck not working

Just had internet set up and my sky puck x2, one is working fine but one is not working

Hi Tim 

no the sky logo has appeared for a few seconds then goes off. I have turned it off and left it and turned it back on but still nothing.

@Wheeler85  The Sky logo will appear when you unplug it and plug back in as it is rebooting, what happens when you press the power button on thr remote? 

Are you leaving it for a few minutes to allow to fully reboot rather than try to use the power button on thr remote as soon as you see the logo?

Hi, nothing happens when using the remote. The sky logo goes off then the tv is unable to connect to the hdmi. 
I have just set up the other puck on a different tv and that's absolutely fine 🤷‍♀️

Yes the white light one the puck is on 🙂

Is the setup page showing on the TV now? You might need to manually select the HDMI input on the TV.
