I’ve received my sky puck but when trying to set up it gets stuck on ‘checking status’ then just say

I’ve received my sky puck but when trying to set up it gets stuck on ‘checking status’ then just sayS can't link account. 
I've tried with Wi-Fi and Ethernet and still can't set up.
