Neither my remote nor puck were working, tried to reboot the puck but couldn't get into my account to enter activation code, kept getting an error - oops there is a problem, please call us. Tried calling but couldn't get it resolved

Was there any message when you power it on? Or is there no input at all?

@Jo140 Did you talk to the autobot or a human ... if human what did they advise?
