Hi my pick doesn't want to turn on it just keeps showing sky logo . already turned it off and left it for a while turns back on but still the same issue.any ideas.was fine last night

This sounds like your Sky Stream puck has got stuck in a standby mode.

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
