Puck keeps freezing

Sky puck keeps freezing I'm having to unplug and reboot for it to be used again it has been intermittent but is getting worse

Hi @JasonH2 

 

What's your broadband speed? Glass and Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. Also the connection between your puck and your router needs to be stable. If your WiFi is marginal or keeps changing parameters you may find connect via eithernet (and turning WiFi off in the settings) or homeplugs providers more stability.

I have 900 mb broadband which gives about 500-600 over WiFi don't seem to have the problem on our other pick which is further from WiFi but don't watch uhd on other puck
