Puck keeps freezing

Hi my puck keep freezing up have tried everything and nothing seems to be working . Did a factory reset and when it started back up froze before I could even finish setting it up. Have to say this is not the best system in the world. Give me back my sky Q box any day list I didn't have this problem.

sky need your help cause it's not working and I'm paying for something that is not the best deal.

Me too!  I've had to phone numerous times and it's ok for a short time after reset but then starts again!  Less than satisfactory 😢

I take it Sky not much help then, takes the money and runs!!
