My mums sky stream device just will not work, it appears to be broken with a pixelated screen - but the sky start up logo is clearly visible on the black screen and then it loads into the main screen and just full of coloured lines and pixels. I've tried all the usual routine checks, cables, internet, WiFi, unplugged and plugged in again, double checked and gone through the trouble shooting guide. It appears this streaming device is broken....
