Hi, I'm installing a new puck and I've paired the code with my Sky account and on the next screen I'm being asked for my pin which I've entered correctly but it keeps rejecting anything I enter.
It always remains at 0 of 3 attempts regardless of how many times I key a pin in.
I've reset the pin & reset the puck with the power off and on button held down with power on again but I keep ending up with the same issue.

Thank you. A Sky tech helped me get sorted. Rather than the physical reset by holding down the power button when plugging in, id to do as much of the set up as possible without the pin and used the on screen sky menu to reset it which solved everything.
i appreciate the help
