Puck gone missing in transit

Just had a text and email saying if I don't return my puck I will be charged. I have the receipt from the post office and also an email from Sky saying the courier had it. Do I need to be worried?

This happens a lot with returned equipment. Give Sky a ring and they'll sort it out.
