I have had sky stream for almost a year, with 3 sky pucks and sky broadband. Recently I have started having issues, with two of the pucks having pixilated picture each time it is turned on. After a power down reset it works again, but I have to do this every time. The third puck also has sound drop out when using with a Sony HT-S2000 soundbar. It tends to work normally for a few minutes, then gradually have drop outs for around 3 seconds at a time, with increasing frequency until it stops altogether. This is across multiple channels and only with sky. I have tried restarting the broadband, disconnecting and reconnecting each puck and the soundbar and tried different Hdmi cables. All software is up to date. Any other suggestions?
