Puck freezing
Whenever I'm watching "live" TV after about an hour or so my puck freezes and I have unplug it and plug it back in, but then it freezes every couple of minutes.
after a few times I cannot watch what I was watching (says the program is loading then unavailable).
I've only had sky a few months and this is really poor.
i have checked speeds and its over 100, I have tried wifi and ethnic cable.
Is there a fix or is the puck bugged?

@RobJC18 Have you run the speed test using netflix on the puck? Open netflix and go to Get Help, then run connectuion test, this will tell you the speed the puck is getting over wifi
Also when you connected your ethernet cable did you turn the wifi off within the puck settings and restart the puck?

@RobJC18 And thats over wifi? If so I think you will need to call Sky as it may be a faulty puck.

@GD1 was over wifi yes, tried ethnic cable as well and that was 89 or something.
