Bought a new Samsung H5000F for the bedroomand and my secondary puck doesn't 'work' with it - see pic below. Initial set up seemed ok but then I get this when it tries to stream. It works fine on different TV's, and an Apple TV works fine with the new Samsung... so I don't think its a problem with the TV or HDMI connection. Any ideas?

That's a low resolution TV, only capable of 720P. You'll need to change the video output of the puck to 720P, otherwise it will not work.

Re: Puck doesn't work on new Samsung TV - but worked fine on an old one?
Hey! Thanks for the really quick response on this 😎... I thought it was HD 1080 but its just 'HD ready' whatever that means...HD (1,366 x 768) apparently. How can I change the resolution on the puck if I can't see the screen... do I need to plug it into another telly, adjust the settings, and then move it back? (or is that too obvious 😁)

Yes, you'd need to connect the puck to a full-HD (rather than an HD-ready) TV, change the video output to 720P, then connect it to your new TV. It should then allow you to view it.

A bit of a shame to connect a puck to that screen: there are 'Full HD' models available at very nearly the same price point if you have an option to return it.
32" in UHD tend to be computer monitors, but might also be worth considering (although audio output can be poorer)
