All services working on internet but not sky puck
All my other dervices are working on the internet except sky puck I switched WiFi over to sky yesterday and the puck was working the it is now no longer working and saying it is connected to broadband router but not connected to the internet on the tv

Hi @Liz190 I see you mention WiFi so assume that is how you are connected and not via Ethernet.
Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet

If you are connected via Ethernet then there is a known issue and Sky are working on a solution. In the meantime have a read of THIS thread for a workaround.
