Puck doesn't connect to wifi.
Tested wifi and connection, no problems in the area. All other devices in the house are connected. Using new sky ultimate router. No connection at all.

Re: Puck doesn't connect to wifi.
Hi @Skel Go to the stream puck Settings > Network and select status/reset. If it finds your network input the relevant password and it should connect to your router.
If it is finding your network but not the internet then follow this procedure: put puck to standby and then unplug both your puck and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
Also, to stop your puck losing connecction when it goes to standby go into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON. I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
