Puck: White screen, pic freezing and disappearing sound

Hi, I am suffering intermittently from all of these issues,  sometimes all at the same time! I have checked the speed using the Netflix option and can see that the connectivity seems to be good at 115.84 Mbps. On reading other messages with similar issues it seems like the only thing I can do is to change the HDMI port/cable or connect puck via ethernet cable. Or am I missing something else? I have been using the puck in this house for 5 months now and the issues started approx 6 weeks ago. My TV viewing experience now consists of continual flicking back and forward between channels to temp fix it (sometimes), resetting the puck and resigning myself to the fact that I may start watching something I won't be able to finish. I am fast becoing a seriously p****** off Sky customer..........

@Clairemczed651  I understand it cab be very frustrating.  You say you have tried an Ethernet cable did that sort out your problem?  If so then the problem will be the wi-fi connection.  Is there a clear line of sight from your router to your puck and both do not have objects close to them.  I hope that helps?

@Clairemczed651  I understand it cab be very frustrating.  You say you have tried an Ethernet cable did that sort out your problem?  If so then the problem will be the wi-fi connection.  Is there a clear line of sight from your router to your puck and both do not have objects close to them.  I hope that helps?

Thanks @Stephen+Mourton Ethernet cable has made no difference 🙄  I am now off to shuffle my router and booster around in the hope it makes a difference! Unfortunately the configuration of  my house really limits my options to do so. But if it's all I've got then I'll give it a go! Can't believe Christmas is coming and I can only possibly catch the stuff I want to see uninterrupted ☹️ Might have to rethink my TV provider in the New Year. If only Virgin was in my area........ ! Thanks again
