How do I link my existing Sky iD to new Sky Stream and Broadband accounts??
I have an existing Sky iD from when I was with Sky previously, I've just returned so now have new Sky Stream and Broadband accounts and need to link these to my existing Sky iD but I can't find a working link anywhere on the Sky website that can help me to do that. I can find lots of things telling me how I can do it, giving me a link, but then I click on the link and it takes me somewhere else like to a random advert selling me a Sky product or to somewhere on My Sky?!
Please, can anyone actually help and signpost me to a link that actually works so that I can link my new Sky Stream and Broadband accounts to my existing Sky iD?

Have you followed the steps here?

Sign in to sky.com or the My Sky app.
Look for your account number
On sky.com, select the dropdown next to your name at the top right
In the My Sky app, select the person icon at the top left
If you don't see an account number, you'll need to link your Sky iD to your account. If the number you see doesn't match your current account number, you'll need to unlink your Sky iD from that account, then link it to your current one.
Good to know: Your current Sky account number will be on any letters / emails we’ve sent you. For example, from when you first joined us. Or any paper bills or statements you've requested.

There's no account number there but also, as I mentioned before, nowhere at all to actually link the account, which is what I've been trying to do for days now. Is this something that has to be done over the phone, which will unboubtedly lead to being on hold for well over an hour?
I was told that this would be done by the guy I rejoined with and I "wouldn't have to do a thing", but it obviously hasn't happened.

When you ordered stream did you use a different email address to the one linked with your old sky ID ?
you have to log into the activation page with the same email address used when purchased stream

@Jporch316 yep it's the same email address I had with them last time, and the one they emailed my my new Sky account number on too!
