I returned my Sky Puck some 2 weeks ago, unused as I feel it was missold to me. I paid £39.95 but still have not received a refund. How long is this supposed to take?

@DRM3 You paid an activation fee, if you have been specifically been told it would be refunded you will need to call Sky.

In addition to the reply from @GD1, sky can take up to 40 days to process a refund.
