Puck Issue

I am experiencing an issue with my sky puck.  It will not turn on unless I unplug the power and reconnect again.  The light flashes for about 10 seconds then switches itself off.  

I called the help desk and after 50mins they told me I need a new power cable.  Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so what was the resolution please?

I've not experienced this. It sounds faulty. Did they say they were sending out a replacement cable for you?

They said as it is out of warranty I need to purchase my own.

Ah, did you get it before 23rd February 2023? Before then people owned their pucks, but now they're leased and they should replace it for free if it's problematic.

I did not realise this - good to know thx.  I may end up going down the leasing option now as I think the puck is faulty and may not be fixable.
